To achieve these key life components you need to know how to move properly. KDA CrossFit’s Movement Prep course is designed to both educate and get you moving safely and efficiently as an introduction, and prior to joining group classes.
In your 6 one-on-one sessions you’ll go through:
1. A Movement Assessment
2. A Goal Setting Assessment
3. Technique & Efficiency of CrossFit’s foundational movements
4. A quick workout to give you a taste of CrossFit’s proven methods
