Getting Started is Easy

Congrats on giving the sport of CrossFit a try! If you’re still feeling a bit unsure – don’t worry, we've got your back. KDA's coaches strive to not only train our athletes but to educate you on how you can get fit for life. The first several weeks are some of the most wonderful and memorable for someone who is new because you’ll frequently blow past your body’s self-imposed limits, and that’s a great feeling.

TRY KDA CROSSFIT FREE

Anyone who is new to CrossFit will get the opportunity to start with a FREE intro session and fitness consultation with one of our coaches. The purpose of this session is to get to know you and your unique goals, to determine the best path to success, and to show you what the KDA CrossFit community is all about.

During your FREE intro session you will receive:

  • A baseline movement assessment with corrective strategy
  • An overview of our unique training methodology and class options
  • A tour of our world-class training facility
  • Specific information on how to transform your health, fitness, and lifestyle in record time
  • A heart pumping fitness assessment

After your first free session, we will get you set up with an individualized on-boarding plan! Simply fill out the form and someone from our team will be calling you shortly to discuss the best time for you to come in. We are also happy to help answer any questions you might have about training at KDA CrossFit. We look forward to meeting you!
