KDA'S STRICT Muscle-UP PROGRAM IS HERE!

We all have our own goals, but achieving your first strict muscle-up is a huge accomplishment in any training program. Whether you're a competitive or recreational CrossFitter the strict muscle up is an important prerequisite for kipping muscle ups, and a hallmark of pulling, pushing, and core strength, as well as body control. No matter your circumstances or goals, you'll need a strategic plan to get there. That's where KDA's Strict Muscle-Up Program comes in to play!

WHAT TO EXPECT

You'll receive 12 weeks of specialized programming broken into (3) 4 week cycles, each aimed at attacking different areas of the strict muscle up to get you strong throughout the entire range of the movement, plus:

  • Access and feedback exchange with KDA Coaches via FitBot
  • Workouts emailed directly to you
