KNUCKLE DOWN ENDURANCE BUILD YOUR AEROBIC ENGINE

Knuckle Down Endurance is a supplemental conditioning program effective for all levels of CrossFitters - from the day-to-day CrossFitter to the competitive CrossFit athlete. This program will help create a more robust and efficient aerobic system, improving your metcon times and helping you recover faster. Build your cardiovascular "engine" with moderate aerobic workouts and progress into race-pace simulated intervals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Workouts take approximately 60 min to complete and use both running and sleds as conditioning tools.
